I deeply enjoyed this! The narrative integration really surprised me - it was a fun story, and the way it wove in to the action was delightful. I enjoyed the light theme of always "moving forward" and the way you connected the antagonist to the alien plants by using the same mechanics for both (perhaps the plants were left by him too!). Fighting those were the funnest part of the game for me! It felt satisfying and dramatic, and put all my skills to the test. The final level wrapped things up so nicely with requiring you to use the boost - I wondered from the start whether that would come into play!
Overall I loved it, thank you for making something so fun and inspiring ๐๐
I loved this!! It's honestly pretty rare for me to play an action game on here that feels this considered and complete, y'all did a GREAT job. The feel and style and level design gave me classic sonic vibes in a way that made me really happy, and the story presentation is super-cute too.
Eyy that was dope! would love to see a speedrun of this game, i feel like it would go crazy! great character controller and great level design to go with.
A surprisingly fleshed out game for a student project! A good variety of levels, enemies, obstacles and music really makes this feel like a full package. The timed aspect gives the game some replayability, and the story ties it all together nicely.
The only criticism I have is that I think some of the levels could have been a bit longer. In particular, the last level seemed a little too easy to clear in the time limit despite how dire the cutscene before it made things sound.
Really good! Way longer than I thought it would be while still staying engaging all the way. Every level brings new mechanics. I thought a few of the mechanics, enemies, etc, were a bit underutilized, and the main "boost" mechanic didn't feel as great as it could have, but I still think this game has so much charm and such engaging gameplay that I really recommend it to whomever found this itch page.

I like this game! I like how to fleshed out with nonstop movement goes through level design. It reminds me of Metroid series.
One minor criticism is the last level which bounce back and forth with the time limit.
Otherwise, this is the future of new game!
Very cool game, with a unique concept that I haven't really seen done before. Well done
Great game! I love the concept of nonstop movement going through levels. It makes the game thrilling.
I really enjoyed playing this! the mechanics were very solid and quick to learn. Loved the visuals as well!
